These trails range in difficulty between blue and black. The climb up Adobe Jack is very good and, with the exception of a couple sections, is quite easy. Once you get to the top make sure you check out the sinkhole! After riding Jordan you will descend Javelina which is a super fun descent. Climb back via Coyote and Adobe Jack and do the extra climb up Ant Hill on Grand Central. Once you get to the bottom of Grand Central you can either climb back up to your car on Crusty or you can simply climb back up on the paved road.
